Section 15F
Non-retention in office
A member of the Audit Board shall not continue in office under any of the following circumstances:-
(a) Upon resignation,
(b) If the auditor continuously absents himself from the meeting of the Board up to three times without any notice,
(c) If convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge involving moral turpitude,
(d) In case of deterioration,
(e) If the creditor is unable to pay his debt, he falls into debt,
(f) In case of death,
(g) In the case of a member of the organization, if the name is removed from the membership registration book in accordance with section 22.
